Some engagement sessions feel less like a photoshoot and more like a fun double date—and that’s exactly how I’d describe my evening with Ben and Lilly. These two are such a vibe together—effortlessly cool, totally in love, and always down for a good time.


Ben and Lilly’s engagement session was one of those evenings that reminded me why I love what I do. Before we even pulled out a camera, we met up for some wine tasting—no photos, no pressure, just time to connect and shake off the nerves. They mentioned they were a little nervous about being in front of the camera, so this felt like the perfect way to loosen up and ease into the evening.

And honestly? It worked like a charm.

By the time we got to Foothills Parkway, the nerves had faded and we were all just having fun. The sunset didn’t exactly steal the show that evening, but it didn’t matter. Ben and Lilly brought all the warmth, laughter, and love we needed. They leaned into the quiet moments, played in the golden light, and completely trusted the process.


There’s something really special about watching a couple settle in with each other like that—when the poses melt away and it’s just them. Real, raw, and completely in love.


Ben and Lilly, thank you for being so open and adventurous. I had the best time wandering with you and can’t wait to capture your wedding day soon—it’s going to be incredible.
